I'm not spending my money a sleazy pasta maker machine. If you can buy easy to cook pasta straws packed at the groceries, why bother making one? I'm not even a chef and I have no plans of joining "Iron Chef" on TV. Pasta saves you time from cooking sumptuous gourmet meals, exquisite to see and fine in taste. So I don't see the logic of having one, unless you own a restaurant that serves noodles. I was invited to a get-together party. I came early to help my buddy George and his wife Nina prepare for the party. We used this pasta maker machine, and Nina was excited for a while. Although there are instructions, measuring cups, and stuff to guide you, the noodles were dry and somewhat flabby when cooked. So we tried another batch, which later tasted like a straw, flat, and kind of stiff. It was almost time for dinner, and things are turning into a mess. George and I scoot to a grocery store for pasta noodles and in no time, pasta was served. I wondered why this couple spent over a hundred dollars for a foolish gadget.Isn't electronics suppose to help us out to make life easy? A pasta maker only complicates the serving of a perfect and instant pasta meal. We're used to the sold-out packages in the store so better stick to the tested old ways, especially when you don't actually have the cooking prowess to brag.
