Is a CD-RW/DVD Combo Okay?

There are many choices that you can make with regards to replacing or improving your computer parts. Nowadays, many computer companies are offering affordable deals on combination drives, most particularly a CD-RW and DVD combination drive. How could a consumer not be convinced that this is a good buy? It already integrates the essential functions of both a CD player and a DVD player in one package, and you would not have to worry about playing your CD or DVD on the computer. However, the downside of having this combination drive is that it may offer only limited uses of a CD or DVD. If a person wants to write on a DVD, this tool is not valuable because commonly, it only plays DVDs. The drive may not also support rewriting on a CD. Hence, a consumer has to decide what the main purpose is for getting a drive to determine if a CD-RW/DVD combo drive is an okay exchange for your money.
